      Monet's most famous painting is 62 feet long. It's part of his most famous and favorite series, his "Water Lilies." Half way through it Monet went blind from having cataracts removed. It was a procedure he could have had done in years before this time, but didn't want it done. Going into surgery Monet did not know he would never be able to see his beautiful surroundings ever again. Being blind and desperate to see again, Monet finished his 69 foot painting in despair.

Beautiful item ! exactly the way it was pictured and it is even more impressive than any picture posted. You really cannot appreciate this without seeing it in person. The paint literally leaps off the canvas and provides a very dynamic experience.
